Tracey Chu is the treasurer of Unite with In Motion; she maintains general supervision over the financial affairs and condition of the organization. Her responsibilities include keeping accurate records, overseeing various transactions, managing movement of funds and fundraising. Additionally, Tracey actively manages the organization's grant writing and fundraising processes as well as recruitment of various staffing needs.
Tracey is very passionate about the performing arts. She has been playing the violin for over 10 years and has given multiple performances at renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York and the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. She has taught violin throughout high school and college and continues to play as a hobby. In addition, Tracey has trained in ballet and continues to take classes in various dance forms. She also trains in swinging trapeze.
Professionally, Tracey is a financial analyst specializing in distressed investing. She is a CFA charterholder and graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University in three years and with a double major in finance and international business.
